In my role as UX design lead, I am currently working on a comprehensive redesign project aimed at shaping the user experience for NTT East's Hikari Cloud Smart Study (Learning Management System). My responsibilities encompass user research, concept development, wireframing, and UI design (working with UI design lead) with a focus on enhancing the user experience for both administrators and students.
As I am undertaking the product's redesign, I simultaneously revamped the Smart Study website. I was responsible for the information architecture and wireframing which is already published to the public.
